Atakora Manu was born (1940) & died (2015) in Toase, Atwima - Nwabiagya District in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
Attakora was a composer, guitarist and a studio engineer.
He formed a Concert Party known as the Princess Trio between 1963 and 1966.
From 1967 to 1970 he together with Kakaiku formed Kakaiku No.2 Band with him as the lead guitarist.
In 1973 he was employed as Studio Attendant by Ambassador Records.
